From water taxi to airport -- easy to catch a cab on a Saturday?

We will be needing to leave water taxi area and go to airport around 1:00 on a Sat. in November -- will it be easy to catch a cab? Any idea of the cost of the cab for that distance?

If you get off at 17th St, just walk over to one of the nearby hotels, the Hilton or the Hyatt. Should be less than $20.
