She congratulated me 4 times on making Platinum. Don't worry about it - it's automatic. Just look at your online documents. As long as it says Platinum, you're good to go. When I printed my boarding pass it said VIP (now changed to Priority, same thing). DH is still gold, he gets to tag along for boarding and disembarking, but only 1 Platinum gift will be delivered. When I printed my documents it had "priority" on the luggage tags and "platinum" on the boarding pass. I did not have to call my pvp Enjoy your perks. They are great.
