Prepaid dinning - Day/Time change onboard?

Hi,

I will be travelling by myself or just a roomate on my next cruise on the Pearl.

Since there is a discount on cover charge for booking Cagney's/Le Bistro/La Cuccina before hand via NCL.com, I would like to do that BUT what happens if I make new friends onboard and would like to dine with them, can I change my restaurant booking date/time or am I 100% stuck with my reservation as it is?

Also, they advertise a free bottle of house wine when you book this 3-restaurant package and eat in one of them the first night. I really Wonder if they will honnor this free bottle of wine offer since I'll be by myself... I'll see. This would be a great deal to get a 20$ bottle value and to dine in 3 restaurants for 57$ (I guess my bottle of wine will last me 3 nights unless I find people to dine with). I also want to try Moderno (love Brazilian meet) and Teppenyaki but I'll pass on Lotus Garden as it is only a 5-night cruise and I've never been impressed with that place (and I AM an asian-cuisine fan... however DBF really liked it). The dinning room will be for breakfast and/or lunch only this time :)

I have been able to change my prepaid reservations on several occasions and always receive the free bottle of wine even if dining alone. Just make sure you don't totally cancel one of the three or you will lose the discount

Thank you very much, this is EXACTLY what I needed to know. Now, I feel confident about booking those 3 beforehand. I'll book the remaining two onboard as there is no discount by doing it online so I'll be more flexible if needs be.

I wish we could get a discount with the purchase of any 3 restaurants as I would have chosen Moderno instead of Cagneys but it's fine, I'll probably go another night anyway.
