I heard them today from a Cunard rep after spending a half-hour on hold while they tried to figure out why changing my pickup point for transfer to the ship from Victoria to St. Pancras also made my air reservation disappear. And why, when it came back, it showed a higher fare than what I had booked and paid for. US residents seeking to make a change to an existing booking might want to wait a bit, if feasible, until Cunard figures out how to work their new system.
