Allure Deck 8 outside balcony view ??

We are thinking about booking a outside balcony forward and just wanted to know what the view from the balcony is like.

 

Is much of the view straight down obstructed by the life rafts?

 

We love the sounds of the sea while underway and the sights and sounds in port.
