Western med cruise Aurora

Our first time on Aurora, though have cruised for many years and getting on for 45 or so,very mixed reviews so far. Have cruised on Oceana and really enjoyed P and O experience. Does anyone have any tips or helpful advice prior to this trip on the 17th
