GeezerCouple Posted November 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Well, I guess I should ask... Are there any specifics about 10041 on the Riviera that we should know about? It seems the interior cabins open to the other hallway, which isn't really too important. It also appears that the doorway is not right across from a "white area" (which could have a service elevator, etc.) Any comments or suggestions? This is for our first time on the ship (unless we really can't wait and book an extra cruise sooner ;-) Many thanks! GeezerCouple

GeezerCouple Posted November 7, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Thanks! I'm one of those people who enjoy the planning, and the anticipation... I used to joke - but it's not a joke! - that I sort of get 2 or 3 vacations for the price of one, given all the anticipation. And that's *before* the memories :) But I decided that I might as well take the opportunity here/now to double check cabin choices, rather than wait until on board, and THEN find out that "if I'd only asked...", etc. The photos of the Riviera are absolutely stunning. As (I think) I've written elsewhere, we may be spoiled forever. "Such a problem" ;-) Thanks again. GeezerCouple
orchestrapal Posted November 7, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2013 We also spend many hours planning and looking at pictures of the ship and ports. We have seven b/b Oceania cruises booked between now and June of 2015 and are having the best time planning. Hope you enjoy your first cruise on O and book several more. Wendy The Wanderer Posted November 7, 2013 #5 Share Posted November 7, 2013 I'll be two doors down from there in 10045 in a week and a half. It does indeed look like a quiet area.
