Bayside Market is close to the port, but you'd be better of taking a $15 cab to South Beach for lunch, drinks, people watching, beach, shopping, art galleries, etc.

Where will you be staying?

Yes, you have time to take an airboat Everglades tour. You can get reviews on tripadvisor.com to locate those with good reviews. Not sure if any would pick you up at the port. OR....Most cruise lines have post cruise excursions with that one included. Many later flight cruisers do these for convenience.

You could also pick up a water tour of the area at Bayside Mall if you stick around the port area.

Heading to Miami Beach and South Beach area is good too. Just depends on what you are comfortable with and how much time you want to spend off your ship.
