Holland America just released a NEW promotional video that explains what exactly Holland America Line represents in the cruise world. Just a couple of weeks before my first HAL cruise, I'm optimistic as to what my cruise will be like on the Ryndam.

I realize that everything cannot be perfect, but this video is nicely produced. It still showcases HAL as a different type of cruise experience with a bit more refinement from other cruise lines. One can do as many activities onboard or sit back and relax.

 

Overall, my impression of HAL is that they pride themselves in looking at the finer details to the cruise experience, rather than the wow factor on other lines. This video makes me want to climb aboard any HAL ship right now.
