Gratuities

I am going on a family vacation cruise on the AOTS in Feb and my sister asked me if the $12 pp gratuities applies to her kids that are 6 and 8? I have been on 3 RCI cruises but its always been my wife and myself. Any info would help.

All people in the cabin pay the $12 pp gratuities regardless of age.

We cruise with our kids and our waiters and cabin stewards all very much deserve those gratuities and in most cases more.
