seaofwonder Posted November 10, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2013 On our last cruise we joined their program and gambled a lot. I am planning on booking a cruise through a TA and am trying to figure out how I can get my next cruise discount from the casino? My understanding is that we could take it as an OBC or have it apply to a cruise fare, is that correct? canuckcruiselover Posted November 10, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 10, 2013 You have to contact Club Royale and ask them how much discount you earned on the cruise. You then book your next cruise through them and they will apply the discount or you can book through RCI and the cash equivalent will be paid to you in the casino onboard. seaofwonder Posted November 10, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted November 10, 2013 Thank you! So it can't be applied with a TA? Or we could have it added as an OBC with the TA? Only asking because the TA offers are so much better right now! Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app

I believe you can only receive it as cash in the casino or towards your next cruise -- not as an OBC. Best to contact Club Royale to find out for sure. seaofwonder Posted November 10, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted November 10, 2013 Thank you! Cash essentially serves the same purpose as OBC :) Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app
