I was just wondering when shore excursions become available for booking on the HAL site? They sent me an email to book spa treatments but I don't seem to be able to book shore tours yet. Depends on when your cruise is relative to the "season" for that area, whether your cruise is a one time cruise, like a repo cruise, and a couple of other variables.
