Cabin birthday decorations

I could be wrong but I swear they use to have these! Now all I see is Congratulations, Bon Voyage, HoneyMoon, and Anniversary. I was hoping to surprise my daughter for her birthday on our upcoming cruise.

They have them with carnival as I ordered them along with a cake for my kids last weekend.

They have them. But bring an extra roll of tape to put them up again when they fall down.....

I think they are sold out right now as they are not currently listed. They did have Father's Day cakes listed last I checked. :rolleyes:

 

Either keep checking or get some decorations at a local Dollar or party store.

I would call them to confirm that they have them for you on the ship. If they stopped selling them online, they may have run out and may not have them for you. Carnival has no way of tracking the number on each ship and they are not reserved for you when you order them. So someone who buys them after you but sails before you may get the last one.

 

Believe me, I know. I ordered them twice and twice they weren't available when I got on the ship and each time I ordered them months before I sailed. Its disappointing :(

Remember the thread about the decorations that didn't get put up? Whoa! I think you could do so much better getting things from a party store and putting them up yourself on the sly. Wouldn't cost over $30 for sure and you'd get what you want.

Better bring your own and be safe.

Thanks for the responses! I know I could get decorations cheaper but its the element of surprise I'm going for plus traveling light for this cruise so no room. Ill give them a call and see.

Of course it's the element of surprise;)

 

The point some have made is that the element of surprise may be on you if the decorations are not available.

What decorations are you thinking of? Decorations are usually flat and packaged so take up no room.

Definitely call them and ask them to check with the ship to confirm. The below poster is right. If they don't have them, the surprise will be on you and then you have to deal with getting your money back when you return. Not a big deal but a little disappointing when you don't see them.
