Celebrity Welcome Email!!! Big Joke

Well my husband and I both got our Welcome Emails.

 

Well they say Congratulations you are elite Plus. Only problem is we are not. I have called them and they say sorry mistake from the company we hired to send the emails.

 

Our story is we had 25 credits Now they say we only have 19.

 

Their response is too bad incorrect.

Sorry there has been some miscommunication with Celebrity.

 

Have you reviewed your sailing history in Capt-Club online? If you see missing entries affecting your credits you can provide info (like past booking #) to show you should have credits corrected.

Was the 25 points an error? Or did you just think you were to have 25 after two more cruises.

 

Agree, this seems vey odd. First report that I have read that mentioned actual earned points being removed. Obviously you have already called.

We'll I got a call back. Have to call tomorrow. But mysteriously we are now elite plus on our acct. will call her back tomorrow????

Yes they made us elite Plus but they will not give me any more points. Which is fine. Because I doubt I could ever get to Zenith. Problem solved.
