You have to bring your own. They may have some available for emergency situations, but if you need one chronically you must bring your own. Did AK last year with my mother, and she flew up with hers. If you are departing from Canada Place in YVR, they have them available to rent for the period of the cruise in the terminal.

You do not want their's, they are heavy and not well maintained. Bring your own, airlines do not charge extra and dose not count as weight. If you don't have one contact Care Vactions or Scoot-Around, they deliever to the ship.
