No, I don't make New Year's resolutions.

I try to be a good person, eat right and exercise. And I try not to be smug when I succeed, and try not to beat myself up when I fail.

 

I hope you and yours have a wonderful 2014.

My only resolution is to try some different recipes this year.

 

Krazy Kruizers, a few days ago on another thread, you mentioned an Orange and White Wine sauce, would you kindly share the recipe?

AH -- now I remember.

It is a chicken dish.

I marinate chicken breasts in white wine with rosemary for at least 8 hours. Then I add a can of defrosted orange juice and cook at 350 F for about 1 1/2 hours. Near to serving I cook white rice.

Plating -- rice on plate -- cut up the chicken and place on the rice. Then spoon the orange white sauce over the chicken and rice.

Not sure if we have frozen orange juice in our supermarkets, if not will juice a couple of fresh oranges.

I use 1/2 bottle of white wine.

It is a 12 ounce can of concentrated frozen orange juice. I just replaced the one I used before.

Thus it is thicker than squeezed oranges.
