We will be in Cartagena next week with RC and was wondering if anyone would recommend the Land and Sea Cartagena Tour-CA22 with RC. Not so sure about the Sea part.

Or is it just as good or better to do the Deluxe Cartagena and Fortress Tour-CA08.
