I have a tour scheduled with them March 10. Hope they are still in business. You have the right email. Nancy(intern) was the person who emailed me and she was quick to respond. No deposit so not much lost, except that free beer.

They are still very much in business and are slow to respnd because it's so busy. Send another message and but "urgent" in your subject box.

I don't know how they can be too busy to answer e-mails sent a month ago for a booking. On the other thread people are giving up booking due to not getting a reply to their e-mails.

  • 3 weeks later...

Does anyone know the name of the tour company that is located on the corner, about one or two blocks after crossing the moving bridge? Took it a few years ago, visiting the floating market, the curaçao liquor factory, a beach and drove past beautiful homes with lots of commentary...the price was right, too!

I emailed them yesterday and got a response this morning. I put "tour request/info" in the subject box. I'm booked. Loved the quick response. I'm thinking people probably need to put something in the subject box that let's them know it's about booking a tour. It's a small family owned business that gets flooded with emails. I'm sure they have a tough time keeping up with things.

I put "East Side Tour Reservation" in the subject line and received a response back the same day. :) I emailed them back to confirm my reservation and Geno (Intern) replied again so they were quick about it.
