Well, that isn't a good sign for cruises happening this year.   Maybe you will take the refund and rebook!!

403 but with the way things are going, I'm seriously considering booking a Nov cruise. Things are looking good and I see no reason that the cruise lines couldn't get the green light by the end of June with actual cruising resuming after that within a few months, after ships are recrewed and reprovisioned.
