Help with Tipping

Hello to all & to all active military & veterans-THANK YOU!!

 

Question What is appropriate tip for a driver. Using the same person for 3 separate trips

Transfers. Charges are as follows:

LHR to London Hotel L75

Day trip L147.50

London- Southampton L97.50

Why as a military veteran, would you tip at a different rate?

 

The question was posted on Memorial Day in the USA. It honors all military killed in all wars in US history.

lol,i didn't have a clue,dont look at that stuff,its like talking to the dead.

Been guilty of that a time or two myself.

 

If I see a thread that interests me I'm unlikely to look at when it was started or last commented on.

Generally, the last comment is relatively recent otherwise it would be way down the page.

Yep, but the one before it could be ancient, the oldest thread I've seen resurrected here was 11 years between posts.

Yep, I think that threads should be locked after 6 months of no activity, that way they can still be read but not reactivated.
