Future Cruise Certificate Currency Conversion

Recommended Posts

We were on the Explorer Noro cruise and received FCC's as compensation.

That cruise was booked in US$ through an American TA so we received two FCC's for $275/each US$.

Our upcoming cruise is booked directly with RCL in CAD$. When they applied the FCC's they processed $275 CAD$ credits.

Our category (F) is sold out but category G is currently at $1,499 US$ / $1,639 CAD$. An exchange rate of 9%.

$275 plus 9% is $300 so I feel we should have received credits of $300/each.

Sound right? I just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row before I give them a call.

Gave them a call. She said she would forward the request to the coupon department and I should check my reservation in 1 week.

Not sure why I needed to be on the phone with her for 15 minutes but I guess that's RCL.
