Sanfranciso to New York Sept 5, 2015

Recommended Posts

My mother and I will be leaving from sanfranciso to new York via the Panama

Canal. on Sept 5 2015. I am a new cruiser to the regent seven seas Navigator.

It will be for 21 nights. So my question is, are there lots of formal nights. for dinner? or are they casual?

How many restaurants are on the Navigator to select from? we will do the transit the panama canal. so what time in the morning for seeing the canal?

I am afraid to not pack enough stuff for this trip? Our rooms are all ready paid for the trip. The are on deck 8 rooms 832 and 834. are those good rooms. I thought that the Navigator is getting a over haul after the trip in May of 2015. will it be ready for my trip on Sept 5 2015? what kind of over haul will they be doing to the ship?

Any help will be fine. thanks 3 cats in a row.

I do not believe they have formal nights

You can ask on the Regent forum for answers to your other questions

On that trip will have a number if sea days which would commonly be formal nights

Should be listed on their site

Get on the thread for the cruise and ask others

I would expect five for that ship on that itinerary

Seven Seas Navigator Dress Code

The dress code is almost always elegant casual after 6 p.m. Skirts or slacks paired with blouses or sweaters, pant suits or dresses are acceptable for ladies, while men should wear slacks and collared shirts. Sport jackets are optional; jeans, T-shirts, baseball caps, shorts, sneakers and bathrobes are not allowed in any public area in the evening. In addition, cruises of 16 nights or longer will have two formal optional nights, when passengers can either wear elegant casual attire or opt for a more formal look (gowns, cocktail dresses, dark suits or tuxedos).

Complimentary self-service launderettes are available on four decks.

happy cruising
