Business as usual.:) At least as far as the cruise line is concerned. Not sure the passenger aren't into a little more fun in a short period of time.:D Edited by PathfinderEss

We have been on the Westerdam a couple of times when she sailed from Ft Lauderdale to Seattle.

And we did pick up quite a few passengers for the 1 night cruise from Vancouver to Seattle.

After what had happened to people trashing the Amsterdam a few cruises before ours, they have security on high alert and the bars and lounges do shut down early. And they also made announcements that since they got on the ship with only carry-ons, they were to be the first ones off the ship.
It will be over before you know it. Use the funds on a longer cruise, where you can enjoy yourselves.
In our case, we'd only be using it as transportation from Seattle to Vancouver. We would be boarding a longer cruise in Vancouver.

If so, your total "voyage" would be a violation of the Passenger Vessel Services Act, and would not be allowed - whether you change ships in Vancouver or not. Edited by jtl513
