It has three finger piers, piers 88(48th street), 90( 50th street)and 92(52nd street) with motor vehicle entrance at 54-55th street. The breakaway almost always leave from pier 88. Any hotel in Manhattan below 110th street will be no more than a $20 cab ride away. No hotel in Manhattan has cruise parking. Some at the airports do but then you have to get to the port. Parking at the port is expensive. paring else where and taking a train is an alternative.
