Can you buy a bottle of spirits with mixers as a package for in cabin consumption on Sapphire princess. We have done this on P&O and Cunard in the past.

Yes you can. Either order and pay for it in advance online, or call room service from your cabin after you board the ship. To order online---

Page 17 has the order form.

You can print it out, fill out your cruise info and indicate the items you want to order and mail it in or you can phone the number given and place your order.

Ask for a confirmation email to be sent to you.

Do Princess still do Happy/power hour at 8pm?

The in cabin spirits at $22 for 375cl seems very expensive. Thought they might do a standard bottle with mixers package like other lines.

We purchase mixers at the supermarket prior to boarding and carry them on (olives, tonic, limes). Then order bottle of vodka from room service for in room cocktails. One bottle lasts DH for the 7 day cruise.

I haven't seen one in over 3 years, that was the last time I was on a Princess ship. :D

 

Have been sailing on X and getting the free drink pack perk. Have scheduled a short cruise on Princess prior to a 14 day cruise on Celebrity because of the fantastic price of $792 for a 5 day cruise in a Caribe Balcony plus $200 SBC. Great way to extend time in good weather very cheap.
