Port Canaveral to MCO post cruise shuttle

We are visiting Orlando then sailing FOS from Port Canaveral next month. We will have a rental car in Orlando and will drop it in Cape Canaveral pre-cruise.

 

Post-cruise one way car rentals seem a bit pricey right now, so I'm thinking shuttle might be a good option. Do I need to reserve in advance with one of the shuttle companies or will we be able to grab a shared ride shuttle without a reservation?

 

FWIW, flight from MCO at 3 pm, so we should have plenty of time.

You will definately need to make a reservation.....
