I had that problem yesterday. Waited 15-20 minutes and tried again. It was fixed. No need to change browsers or passwords.

IE is a terrible browser....if this issue leads them to using Chrome then it was a good day for them. If you are using IE please consider switching. You will notice a serious improvement.

I wasn't able to login to the NCL site, using Chrome, even though I had no problems before. Thought maybe there was a glitch on their end, and would wait it out. But after waiting 3 days in futility, I finally tried logging in using Safari on another computer and was successful.

So I did a search on these message boards and found this post (albeit, a little late to reply). Since everyone was raving about the NCL site's compatibility with Chrome, I realized it was not a browser issue, but a cookies issue.

So I cleared the NCL cookies from my Chrome browser, and then TADA, logged in successfully. :) Thought I'd share this info, in case it is helpful to anyone else. :D

Thanks. My computer guy just change me from Internet Explorer to Chrome a couple of weeks ago and I've had no issues logging in to MYNCL, but now if I ever do, I know what to do. Thanks.
