Cabs available upon disembarktion?

Our flight times were changed by the airlines and we always disembark ourselves as early as possible. We had a 12 pm flight departure time, but it has been moved up to 10am and here is our question, when disembarking on April 12, will cabs be close by to take us to the airport? We are flying into and out of Newark. Does anyone have an idea what is an appropriate cost for the trip from the port to the airport? We really are not interested in a shuttle and only would like to know about cabs and their proximity to the port and getting to the airport. thank you all...

There will be plenty of cabs available. I seem to remember reading on the East Coast Departures board (link below) that cab fare to Newark Airport is about $50.
