id4elizabeth Posted April 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2015 It's been impossible to make any changes to our shore excursions over the last 2 days. I've called Viking and they can't get into my account because it's temporarily locked for maintenance. After 3 phone calls, finally got a person who knew what to do. So, if this happens to you: Solution: once logged into MyVikingJouney, look in the upper right hand corner (might be in the middle depending on your device) where it says Welcome <your name>. Click the little triangle and a drop down menu appears. Logout. That seems to clear up your sign-in and then you log back in and you can make the changes you need. Simple really but who knew?
