A little off topic but a friend of mine's father in law tried to start farming shrimp. This man knows how to make money, but not this time. He lost two million dollars and decided to call it quits.

It's so funny how different people enjoy different things. I read all the time how people love the food on Princess and Celebrity, but my closest buddy went on Princess for her honeymoon last year and she, too, just really didn't enjoy their food. She actually lost weight. We're thinking of them for 2016, but I'll be bummed if the food isn't good.

 

We love Carnival, though, and will probably always return to it, even though we try new lines about every 3 years or so.

 

Don't get me wrong - the food wasn't bad... it was just meh comparitively in my opinion. To me the food isn't really the biggy, I don't go on a cruise to eat, but it was just not as good... The ships and staff were awesome both cruises, but I did notice they don't seem as organized about certain things I.E. the tenders.

 

You will have a blast I am sure - I have dearly loved every cruise I have been on, but to me the best ones have been on Carnival ships!
