Anthem of the Seas - Service Problems

Hi all, day six of a very enjoyable cruise - apart from one tiny issue which if not addressed will really start to be a major problem.

 

Service is slow and confused in a couple of the bars and especially Le patisserie .. Coffee has never been harder to order and the length of time taken to be served is ridiculous. I am currently watching 4 members of staff hovering over the till for the last 30 minutes.. The queue gets longer and longer. Staff get more and more vague looking ..not apologising or even looking concerning at the delay they are creating. They really need to get a grip of this quickly. Customers are complaining one after another and still it's a disaster area.

 

As I said it's only a small issue but an issue all the same. I am having a great time and this won't spoil that. But it's important that it's noted, hopefully someone from RC is reading this.

I on holiday I'm not here to complain, I know RCI read these posts as they answered two of mine in the past.. So rather and take up any vital cruise time post will hopefully do the trick. Right now I'm in the music hall having fantastic service and really nice cocktails. Ed

There's no guarantee RC will see your post. The same time and energy used to post here could've been used to notify management on board for them to address the problem immediately rather than hope someone from RC reads your post. In any event, continue to enjoy your cruise. [emoji15][emoji41]

I on holiday I'm not here to complain, I know RCI read these posts as they answered two of mine in the past.. So rather and take up any vital cruise time post will hopefully do the trick. Right now I'm in the music hall having fantastic service and really nice cocktails. Ed

 

MH a an extension of the D club? I found on the 2/2/16 Quantum cruise that sometime the service was really good and other times indifferent.

You truly have it backwards.

 

If you are experiencing a service issue NOW, address it NOW. They can't fix what they don't know about. This is their JOB. You are actively doing them a disservice by just complaining here and not informing management on the ship.

Strange when I Googled "Disaster Area" it came up with Nepal and not the queue for coffee on The Anthem !!!!!

 

And this is for specialty coffee(s), no less. They should go a few doors down in the promenade and get all of the coffee they want, with not much of a wait.
