No, I’ve never been even tried. I have no confidence that they are tracking my points accurately. I keep my own spreadsheet. Every time I’ve ever spoken with anyone on the phone about points, they tell me that they can only “see” points from my most recent cruise.

I spoke to Club Royale before my New Years cruise to see where I was at. She was very friendly, and looked it up for me, no problem.

Anyone have any luck getting yearly point totals when calling the casino department?

I haven't asked when I have called CR but I will tomorrow.  I did ask the host on Symphony a couple of weeks ago and they gave me my running total which sounded right,

I was just on the Liberty. I asked host to check our yearly total points. I had to give her the dates of our sailings. She then wrote down the points for that sailing. Looked up the others and added all up.

Found out today there was an offer code generated for the Oasis Noro cruise.  Excludes Harmony and Symphony.   We were on for Laura's 2018 Prime Tier cruise.

Does the annual tier offer exclude those ships?

I did my first annual Signature Tier cruise on Symphony a few weeks ago.

What email did they come from?  I haven't seen anything.

Below  is the email address it came from - if you did not receive an email you should call Casino Royale.

The Prime level annual “free” cruise only has 2 exceptions.  It must be 8 days or less in duration and it cannot be a holiday sailing.  I’ve never seen any ship-specific exclusion.

Who knows what will change in the program for the new year.  Hopefully they don’t change it, but if I were them I would look at some sailing that could be higher revenue generators and block them also.  Hopefully information will come out soon.

I have a question about the offers I've been getting.

Generally, I've used my MGM Gold in the past on our Royal cruises for the associated benefits. With the new CR program I was about 400 points short of Prime last year as well, so I'm not even on their radar I don't think. But last fall I received a flood of offers for comp cruises and we still are trying to figure out why? The last ship we did was Allure over Labor Day and it was a casino offer that we paid for (BJ Tournament), and I didn't really accumulate much in the way of points nor lose much gambling.

So we've taken advantage of all these offers as they've come in (4 comped booked in total for 2019), but I'm wondering what the end game is here as far as expectations from CR are? I assume they'll want us in the casino as much as possible, which isn't going to happen since we're in the process of buying a home. But does that basically mean I'll be cut-off from offers in the future if we don't meet some kind of pre-determined spending threshold?

It is the great unknown. Casino Marketing sends the offers be it for discount or comp.  For me a guessing game as my offers vary, from Jr. Suites down. Living in Fla. it would be easier to take advantage of offers, not having to factor in airfare.

Offers: I have to agree with the total spent idea. The offers seem to come from Royal Marketing. We don't get many. We also don't buy packages, or excursions. Maybe one specialty dinner. Do pay for upgrade when needed. I think we have had a cert to cover that most times.

So throwing out taxes and grats. Maybe $300 extra to RCL on most expensive trip.

Sailed 3 times with RCL in 2018. Have completed one sailing in 2019. Have 2 already booked. Will have 2 PRIME offers to book. Just where do we find the time to do more ?

I see a new Feb offer. Anyone have any information yet?

Seems to take a week after seeing on http://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/ before the email / postal mail piece shows up and provides the list of cruises.  Keep in mind also not everyone receives the same offers.  My monthly offers end in 08 and my wife's offers in 20 or 21.  Her typical $20/night slot budget does not garner much in offers but surprisingly she does get something.

Since this new program started I have wondered whether or not "they" would allow us to take advantage of a price drop for a cruise on which we were booked and had used a comp certificate.

I found out the answer this week.  We have an August 2019 Liberty cruise booked, using a comp certificate that we were awarded on the Navigator this past Thanksgiving.  We booked the comp cruise (August 2019/Liberty) on 30 December 2018 and upgraded from the interior room, which was what was awarded per the certificate, to an Owner's Suite and, as is the requirement, paid the entire balance due on the cruise at the time the cruise was booked.  The price did not move at all until last week when the base per person rate went down by a couple of hundred dollars each.  I contacted our TA and asked her to please see if we could reprice the cruise to the lower rate.  The first CR representative she contacted said "no"....that once a comp cruise is paid in full there can be no repricing.  She hung up, called again and got a second representative that not only reduced the price of the cruise by a little over $400 but also awarded us $125 OBC that is the current booking incentive offered on that particular cruise.  I was super happy when she told me that she was able to reprice the cruise to the lower rate (and they refunded the overpayment directly to my CC) but when she told me that they had given us the $125 OBC I was elated !  I NEVER expected that.  I have never heard of them awarding booking incentives on a COMP cruise before.

I told my TA that I hoped she had taken the name of the CR representative that helped her and that she would be using that person from now on !  What a great deal (IMO).

Anyone know if you can get discounts on RCCL if you are a higher level player with Celebrity's Blue Chip Club? (Meaning Sapphire or Ruby level)

The last time I checked, the RCCL and X programs were still completely separate and autonomous...however, I have been receiving emails recently (had not been getting them before) from Blue Chip so I think MAYBE they are trying to reciprocate the programs.  But as far as I know, they are still not reciprocal in any way.

It's so odd. You'd think they would want to cross market between the brands. I have cruised on RCCL before (it's been 14 years though) and actively cruise on Celebrity but I never ever get any promotions from RCCL except a random email maybe every other year.

Yes, I agree with you. Makes sense to reciprocate.  Hope they do it. I would love to cruise with X but will not unless I can get some casino benefits.

Has anyone had any luck booking a second cabin with a discount under the new program?  I was able to under the old program at a substantial discount.  Under the new program it was only $100 off the advertised price. I am Prime if that makes a difference...

I recently signed up with URComped and showed them my most recent monthly mailing and the come back balcony cert from my 1/5/19 sailing on Symphony.  Included in the offers I received back was a comped inside on Celebrity Edge for most of the sailings happening between now and 4/17/19.  There were also a bunch of RCL offers listed but they are only "discounted cabin" since I am already active in Casino Royale.  From what I have read, you are considered "active" if you have sailed with the line within the past year.   Until Blue Chip and Casino Royale programs merge (if ever) or offer reciprocity, an outside casino host like URComped might be your best bet to get some casino benefits when you try out the other line.
