I noticed Gayle mentioning she thinks it is related to certificates earned on most recent sailing.  My husband earned a free junior suite certificate and I earned a free balcony certificate on our last cruise.  This bankroll blitz offer came addressed to him.   

 

If you go to clubroyaleoffers.com, there could be up to 27 offers for NFL sailings/tickets.  The brochure they sent out is a sample of what is being offered.  To figure out what ship and sailing date, all NFL games are post cruise and usually a Ravens home game would be a Grandeur sailing, a Jets or Giants game would probably be an Anthem sailing or whatever ship may be sailing out of Cape Liberty in the fall.  It appears that most sailings disembark on a Saturday and the games are played on Sunday.

Hubby got H19BALL04 for a Complimentary Ocean View stateroom for 2 and two premium tickets to a post sailing game

I got H19BALL05 for a Complimentary Interior stateroom for 2 and two premium tickets to a post sailing game

Right now were not planning to use these as we've had a ton of offers since sailing the Harmony in Jan, our first RCCL sailing in about 10 years and so glad we made the switch from Carnival.  We recently turned Platinum on Carnival and sailed quite a bit the last couple of years on regular cruises, Premier & Ultras and never once got a great discount or free cabin!!  We sailed the Harmony and both earned Prime, well the offers are nonstop and hopefully that doesn't slow down, lol.

 

We have used several offers.  We originally combined our offers and paid some to upgrade to a Jr Suite on the Liberty Aug 25 but then a Beer Cruise offer came out for the Allure Aug 25, used that offer to switch ships, still have a Jr Suite and got money back!  

 

A few days ago we called, make sure you know what offers you have because they don't always know what each one is right away.  It took some looking or their part and the guy thought the offer had expired but we said there is no expiration date on the mailer we have and we booked the Liberty.  We each had the same offer H19SUM1, its for a free balcony on a few sailings.  We booked 2 balconies on the Liberty July 14, 2 people in each cabin, only had to pay port fees and taxes so each room came out to $234.64, the original price for each room on the invoice was $3866.00!!  No way could we pass that up and was the date we needed.

Boy!  I am WAY down the totem pole!  I have H19BALL12 - Casino Discount

 

I did not really gamble at all on my last cruise as it was a "Mom & Me" cruise with my teenage son, and I have already booked my free cruise under the April offers so we will see if I still get as many moving forward.  I'm pretty happy to just  be on a cruise so everything else is a bonus!

With the end if the Cuba cruises for Empress and Majesty there have been a good number of cancellations so its not surprising to see CR and RCCL sending out offers to fill all of the newly cancelled cabins.  Those with Cuba itineraries were offered a full refund if they wanted to cancel even if past final payment.  Those that stayed on the altered itineraries got a 50% fare refund.  Your offer appears to be an offer for FL residents.

As per usual. No offers for us. Clubroyale nothing there except our PRIME offers. We are both PRIME. The wife did 1500 points in the casino back in May.

Still have not booked the PRIME offer. Maybe that is part of the situation.

Checked website (only H19BALL offers remain) and called and spoke with Casino Royale Rep Chris out of Springfield, OR. Nada, and Chris could not explain it either.

 

Oh yeah, and Chris advised that he had to have Marketing activate my e-mail account for offers. This is the third time in the past 3+ weeks I have had a Casino Royale rep tell me this.

I booked one of the Summer Sizzle offers for the 8/4 sailing on the Empress.  I got the email from RCL about the itinerary change and the 50% refund OBC offer if you keep the booking.  I had only paid taxes for my interior ($149.97) so I was not sure what to expect for OBC, if anything.  I called a few days ago to ask and the CR rep told me that I would be getting 50% of the fare on the invoice BEFORE the comp was applied for a total of $1150 OBC.  I did not have that in writing so I was taking that with a grain of salt.  I emailed Casino Royale to confirm and just got the following response.  Looks like the rep was correct and I will be getting $1150 in OBC.  It is kind of crazy, but I will take it!
