You can only book one of the cruises on the certificate or use the dollar off amount on any cruise within a year.  They are also very strict about booking within the 30 days.

You can only book one cruise per offer.

You can change a booked cruise, but it needs to be changed before the certificate expires within the 30 days.

I'm Signature and there are a lot of offers others have received that I didn't.  Not everyone gets the same offers.

Aiming to get 2500 points for my upcoming RCL cruise, which will be my first with RCL.

My understanding is the I will be getting 1 free inside cert for reaching 2400 points, and 1 free inside annual cert for reaching Prime.

My question is for the First cert, which needs to be booked within 30 days. Can I book it first and then change it to another sailing after the 30 days?

Additionally, do you have any experience on upgrade from inside to balcony? usually, what i can expect to pay for the upgrade? Thanks,

Any changes need to be made within the 30 days.  I lost lots of certificates because I couldn't change them.  I have upgraded many times.  It could be as low as $20 up to a few hundred.  Depends on the cruise.  I also sail solo, so that may make a difference too.

Thanks for the info - exactly what I was looking for.  I was Prime on the first cruise on Royal in Sept. 2018, did one with my free certificate in Jan. 2019, and Alaska earlier this month; have a cruise booked with RC for November 2019; had wondered what next level was.  Appreciate your response!

Remember their program year runs from April 1 to March 31 so your January cruise points went to last year's point count.  It is a long ways to Signature from Prime.  Last program year I took 4 cruises with Royal and averaged a little over 2500 points per cruise for a total of 10,557 for the year.  Not quite halfway to Signature.

I know this thread is for RCCL, but has anyone had any experience with msc casino/comps? I’m thinking maybe to take a comp offer for MSC since it aligns with our dates for a much better value than the RCCL certificate will get me.. just wondering what to expect since we really enjoyed RCCL this time.

I am curious to hear this also.  I just booked an MSC cruise through Ken Fromm(a junket type of thing i guess)  The comps were way better than RCCL  I am signature on Royal and I got a comped Yacht Club deluxe suite including port charges and taxes on MSC Meraviglia so I am giving it a try.  Royal has really been annoying me lately.  They just take away the perks and charge more.

I was issued a Dollars off certificate on the Mariner.   I did not notice at first that included was a paper saying

use with Next Cruise booking.

Is this new I was thinking we could not.

Thanks Donna

Slotmomma, that's an excellent comp for a YC suite on Meraviglia. I cruised on MSC Seaside Yacht Club and got a 30% off casino certificate. We decided to try the Yacht Club interior cabin on Meraviglia because the YC prices have really increased over the past three years. Enjoy the cruise!

Received a jingle & mingle offer today.

1)interior for two stateroom

2)onboard welcome reception

3)private party

4)casino hosted gift exchange

It mentions a premium white elephant gift exchange. What exactly is that? If we just get each other gifts then this offer does not sound all that great.

Royal provides the gifts. It is a gift draw. If your number gets called after someone else u can pick item from whatever is on table or take from someone else. It is fun. And not a typical white elephant in terms of value of item.

So if you get a good gift then run out the door as fast as you can? 🙂

Does anyone have more information on the jingle and mingle. Oddly enough I could find nothing via google except one question that was never answered. Thanks.

H19HVIP03 (Comp Balcony) arrived via snail mail today.

12/09/2019 4 Nights on Navigator (Miami), Mariner (Canaveral), or Enchantment (Galveston.

12/14/2019 5 Nights on Independence (Fort Lauderdale) or Brilliance (Tampa).

Nice offer and I wish I could take it but get off Symphony just  6 days before the Brilliance sailing (Tampa is my home port) and the daughter would be extremely upset if I went on a cruise instead of going to her college graduation.

Mine came today - H19HVIP01.  Comp Grand Suite for all the same terrible cruises.  No thank you.

Out of curiosity, for the H19JVIP01 offer code, are you Masters, Signature or Prime status?

I am confident the offers are based on more than Prime, Siggy, or the "I will never reach" annual levels.  I am Prime from last program year and have not cruised on RC this program year.  I have 2 booked (November and January) so fully expect to be prime again next program year.  My last cruise was 7 nights on Symphony with 3 sea (casino) days and the points doubled compared to my typical cruise.  Handed a Balcony comp cert at the end of the sailing.

The algorithms are based on roughly the same criteria as land based casinos. I'm pretty sure your offers have nothing to do with your level! They are based on your previous play, for example, my wife and I both prime members, however she is BARELY prime, and I'm on the UPPER end of Prime (solely based on points accumulated). Since I theoretically "SPEND" more $$$ then her at the casino. My offers are always MUCH better than hers, which supports that theory.

You ADT (Average Daily Theoretical [loss] ) is what counts!

I'm Signature & I hit that level on one cruise (8 days), so I think what NewfieGuy1972 is saying is correct.  Others Signature players in another group I am in who made Signature over several/many cruises don't get the same offers I do.  I get alot of Suite offers.

The trade-in values for (e-)mailed offers are getting bizarre.

It had been that balcony offers would have a trade-in value of $1,000, and junior suite offers would have a value of $1,250.

These are the last few on my list (from ClubRoyaleOffers.com):

I don't know what specific cruises are included in this last one, but at a trade-in value of $1,500, it might very well have significant value on, say, a 3- or 4-night cruise.

No offers coming up in my account.  Just my earned certificate which I already booked... anyone have any luck calling with a posted code and having cr check if eligible based on play even if offer not applied?

that $1,500 is nice! Strange how it shows the junior suite as $1,250 and then Balcony at $1,400...
