Just got off the phone with the best Casino Rep I've ever had !  What a huge help.

She confirmed that we will be getting new tier casino comp cruises in April 2021.  I know that we have been speculating about whether or not we will get new ones, but she said that we definitely will.

Great news !!

That is excellent news!   Back in january I spoke with casino host who said we should be getting new tier freebies in april but it wasnt confirmed.

Great news from your rep!

We didnt get that one yet?  We each have 4 offers for free interior thru balconies bunch of them for 3 and 4 night sailings which we have no interest in either.

I wish we would get some of the offers we lost such as our 9 night canada for sept and our 12 night on anthem last december.

Yeah, I’m really disappointed with the offers I’m seeing. Maybe this is good news in a way.  Maybe they know they’re going to be starting up again for real and they aren’t willing to give away what they can sell.  I think they’ve known all along that the sailings they’ve  been offering weren’t going to sail (Alaska, for instance).  I think they knew it was easy money for them.

I think you have a good point here. Did you get offer 21RCL306? It has one offer (for me) for a 5 night on Brilliance (2/5).  I would like to book that one, but can't do it then.

I have that offer. I won't book anything on it. Brilliance was there.

I agree there definitely is a pattern I am seeing on the offers we received in the last month or so.

The couple that are 5, 6 or 7 night dont sail dec or jan.   No offers for md or nj ports either only Fl and 1 or 2 out of tx

I paid $46.99 for the Coco Beach Club Day Pass for my sailing in May on Indy. In June it's selling for $178.99 on Mariner.

That's a great price for the Beach Club.  I paid $54.99 for an upcoming Mariner cruise and thought I was getting a good price !  That's an obscene price for June.  I can't see how anyone would pay it.

I too pd 46.99 for my May cruise on Oasis.  No way would I pay 178.99.  I probably wouldnt pay more than 60 or 70 pp.  It's a nice area and nice lunch, but not worth that much.

New offer today for march 2022 sailings.  I got ov and int code 21emc304.  Some better itineraries than last couple offers.  Mostly 6 and 7 night sailings.  That's good to see.

I may just have to book one since my Dh missed out on his birthday sailings for mar 2020 and mar 2021 and refuses to age till he's celebrating onboard.

I forgot to check today. I’ll look tomorrow. Thanks !

Here we go again. May cruises canceled.

Last updated March 9th, 2021

At Royal Caribbean International, our guests and crew's safety and well-being are always our top priorities. In order to allow additional time for our return to service preparations, we have decided to extend the suspension of sailings for our global fleet through May 31st, 2021 – excluding sailings onboard Quantum, Spectrum, Voyager, and Odyssey of the Seas. Our plan is to resume further operation in June;

My May cruise was a complimentary cabin on Brilliance that was changed to Indy before being cancelled today. I was surprised and pleased that they let me change it again. I had a choice of March, April or May (2022) for a replacement cruise. 7 nights out of Barbados, 5 nights out of Tampa or other 3 and 4 night choices. I chose a 5 night on Rhapsody and upgraded to a JS.

That's great. So glad you were able to salvage yours.  They told us "nope".  Had to cancel for a full refund.

I see yours was Alaska too?  I was booked on Ovation 5/28/21. I called and got a rep that said they were not replacing the Alaska offers and I could not even book a non Alaska sailing as a replacement (the code did not bring anything up on the site).  We ended up getting disconnected before the call was over and when I called back I got a different guy who said I could rebook but it had to be within 12 months of original sailing and from same port.  I booked a cabin on ovation 5/13/22.  I just had to pay $17 more because this one goes to Sitka too.  He told me it had to be Alaska and could only be from Seattle

I didnt call about my may 23rd on oasis sailing yet.  Will do tomorrow.  I think I will probably ask for full refund for room upgrade, etc. Unless they say I can pick another cruise like Vera above.  My booking # isnt bringing up any options on offers site.  Which surprises me as you would think they want to keep our cash.

Certainly no surprise, but disappointed.  I should have known that the casino was never going to give us a free Alaska cruise

I know I was excited when we got that rare alaska offer last year.

As someone else was able to switch to 2022 maybe you should call again tomorrow.

Did you get the new offer?  If so, you could turn your feb grandeur sailing into a b2b for the march 6th sailing.

We are booked for b2b.

This morning I booked anthem for 3.27.22 from our offers.  I combined for upgrade.   I figure since we are doing the b2b out of barbados we can just do 2 hr drive to cape liberty and it's my DH's birthday that week

My May 9 cancel is a JS 7 day sailing. The booking offer is OV. I have many offers of no good use in my Casino Royale bucket. You know a bunch of 3-4 day sailings. I will phone in a day or two and see what they really offer.

With 2 more booked for 2021 and NO sailing thus far. This might be another refund.
