I had a nice offer waiting in my cabin on Allure when I arrived! It was for a free Jr. Suite plus $500 in free play. I booked it for Harmony (in March) at Next Cruise before leaving the ship and got another $76 OBC from them.

We were also on the Allure and they provided the certificates in our cabin at arrival.  The Host said they were based on recent history and would be upgraded on your clubroyaleoffers.com website to show actual points and offers.  My problem in that the cruises offered are only through March 2022 and we are booked out.

I’m at the point of giving up with this program. Both myself and husband are prime. Called to use prime free cruise was told at capacity - I asked if could use trade in value instead - was told if at capacity for free cabin then can’t use trade in value either.
I asked what the casino rate for same cruise would be if I didn’t bother using the offer - told no discount as casino cabins maxed out

their answer was they had had too many casino members complaining that they have to wait to get seats at tables or find a slot machine that’s empty  that they are restricting the number of casino guests for each sailing

i guess that goes a long way to explain why offers have dried up 🤔 getting much better offers from other cruise lines that we have sailed on/ spent far less on .

Hi, my wife made prime status on our cruise a few weeks ago.

From what we understand, she should be getting a free cruise (for making prime).

Questions...

When would that typically show up in her offers?  It has not yet.

Also... is it for any 7-night?  Longer?  Shorter?  Just Caribbean?

Thanks so much!

There are 2 ways to earn a "free" cruise.

1.  Earn enough points in 1 sailing to qualify for a "free" cruise certificate.  That certificate will have a list of qualifying cruise to which it can be applied.

2.  Earn enough points during the casino "year" (April 1-March 31 of the following year) to become at least Prime level.  That "free" Prime cruise will be available at the beginning of the next casino year, which will be approximately 1 April 2022.  Just be aware that the free annual casino cruises take a number of weeks to "load" into the system so they are sometimes not available until some time in late April or early May.

So your wife's annual Prime level "free" cruise will be available some time after April 1, 2022.

As a general rule, the free annual cruise is good for any 7 night or shorter cruise.  There is sometimes a restriction on being able to sail on the newest ships.  It used to be 8 nights or longer but I think they reduced it back down to 7 after the COVID restart.  I'm not sure if you can use the annual cruise for other-than-Caribbean cruises but I think you can as long as it is 7 (or 8, depending on which number is correct) nights or shorter.

Thank you, we did (and know to do) that.

It's why I indicated in my original post that it hasn't showed up yet.

We didn't know the (free) Prime cruise shows up in April, the earliest.

Thanks again.

I have heard casino members randomly getting offers so check the clubroyaleoffer site on a regular basis as you never know when something may show up in there.

Once you do start to get offers on their website hopefully they will roll in on a regular basis.    During the last couple of months we were receiving free cruise offers for various itineraries just about every week (we are both prime).

if you have any sailings prior to March 31st she can use the other perks such as free cocktails, free bottled water from casino bar and no fee for cash advances.

Also, the 7 night free annual prime cruise for interior can be upgraded to any cabin type, usually very reasonable upgrade fee and can be used for any cruise anywhere in the world.    We have used for baltic and med cruises as well as caribbean cruises.

Now you should work on becoming prime then you can turn your freebies into b2b sailings.   Plus all the other free cruise offers you may receive in the future.

Have fun cruising and playing the casino🤩

Thank you.  She was getting offers, even before she "officially" hit Prime.  We actually used one which she got early on during the pandemic for a free interior last November (which ended up being cancelled, of course).  We are aware that we can pay to upgrade.

Earlier this year, offers were mainly $100 or $200 off here and there.  Over the past few months, there have been others - interiors, but mainly for the short FL and Cali sailings and a few 7-nighters.  The Anthem sailing we were on last week was an offer also, but it was after final payment so we couldn't do much of anything (we tried, lol).

Better for us that the Prime offer will be in April.  Have Wonder in March and would not be able to cruise before then.  Maybe something before October because that's when we are on Voyager (that's a bucket list ship... closes out the class for us).  The little things 🙂

We did know about the free drinks in the casino, thank you.  Who knows with that, as we're both D+ and there were a few days when we hadn't even used all 5 vouchers/coupons.  But it's nice to have options!

Thank you everyone for your input and useful tips.  There's only so much vacation time that my wife and I both have... esp when a lot is mapped out already!  ha

Yep.  Me too.  First one I have received since we moved to FL in Nov 2020.  I love those Alaska sailings.  Tempted...but I have resolved not to book any new cruises until the vax rules change.  I am most likely going to be waiting quite a while.  That's ok.  Saving lots of money

Have you cruised recently? I got this offer and wonder if it was because of the promotion going on when I was on Allure two weeks ago. (800 points that week got you a free inside offer.)

I know you are not asking me, but, we were on a B2B in September, we were receiving offers up until we cruised, then nothing. I called and asked and was told that because we cruised, and had other cruises booked we would be getting less offers. I told them makes no sense, we feel like we are being punished for cruising and making bookings. No offers for December.

We both got the new offer for 6 to 8 night cruises for balcony and OVs but I am not able to view the pdf on my phone.  Will check out on labtop tomorrow.  I'm hoping to see something fun for my birthday week in June.

We will finally be back on Anthem in Jan for a 22 night b2b.  Plenty of time to earn prime points for 2022😇 and hopefully win too🤩

We got the same offer in our cabin when we arrived on Allure Dec11!!

Casino has started working with nextcruise on the ship-which is great.

In the past, the offers weren't combinable. Ours also was for the minisuite & $500 freeplay, PLUS another $500 freeplay if you book thru nextcruise AND get 8,000 or more points during the cruise!! Surprise bonus was the $76 OBC. Ours had cruises listed thru June '22, which we couldnt do. I was going to change an already booked one (balcony & $200 casino play on Odyssey) to the new offer, but the nextcruise guy said they can only do new bookings. So he suggested I cancel the one, with a free call to casino dept back in US, which I did. Then he was able to book the new & better deal!!!

Just off the Harmony yesterday.

Club Royale had a certificate in our cabin for a free Grand Suite + $1,000 casino play + an additional $1,000 in casino play if booked on board through NextCruise. As stated by a previous poster,  they are getting away from discounted/free casino certificates at the end of cruises and instead providing one at embarkation(based on previous play). Offerings went as far out as September but later sailings did not include some or all of the casino money.

That is an amazing deal!     Are you a prime or higher member?

I cannot wait to board Anthem in Jan to see if we receive a certificate.

We were on the Allure in October and November.  In October we received certificates on the second last night as we always have in the past.  In November, there were certificates in our cabin when we boarded.  They noted that if we earned additional points during the cruise an updated certificate would be posted on our online casino royale offers website.

Sounds good to us.  I'm hoping to see a nice bermuda cruise for June for my birthday week!
