Andy Posted July 17, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2015 Hi Everyone, We're sailing on Oasis tomorrow. I'm super excited about sailing on an Oasis class ship, for the first time ! A couple of last minute questions please : 1. Is the MDR open for Lunch, on Embarkation day ? 2. Please recommend a not too hectic venue, with an excellent Lunch, as we'd like to avoid what will probably be a very hectic Windjammer Buffet. Also, is there a surcharge for access, or to use the lounge chairs at the Solarium ? Any "Day 1" tips are much appreciated ! Thanks very much ! Don't make any pit stops or detours. Stand in line and order the Kummelweck sandwich. Find a seat. Devour. Go back for seconds. When you return, come back here and tell me how good it was. We are used to Disney and filling our plates with seafood on the first day at the buffet. My son is allergic so when we go on our Mother/ Daughter only trip we go alittle crazy!!!
