St. Kitts Beaches

Recommended Posts

I also believe the 11:00 opening probably refers to the 'restaurant'.

We were there this past February, made reservations from home for chairs etc. for 10:00 am.

- 15-20 min drive from pier

- $30 per couple for 2 chairs & 1 umbrella

- credit cards accepted

- free wi-fi

- clean restrooms, freshwater showers and changing rooms

- calm water, and no water shoes needed here

- rest. is nice but pricy (however portions are large, consider sharing)

- lunch served on china and silverware, to your beach chair if wanted

- iced bucket of local beers (6 for $15)

- Plenty of buses/taxis to take you back to port.

Were heading to St Kitts on a b2b. The first stop we booked a beach package for $45 per person. Includes transportation to and from the beach, beach chair, umbrella and a rum drink/ beer.

We were also there last February. Did not have reservations, arrived about 9:30 and had no problems. Agree with all the above comments but don't remember the restaurant being pricy, just that it was nicer than most beach restaurants in the Caribbean. Overall, a real nice day.

Who did you book through?

We booked through a local driver we had on our last visit. The name of his company is A taste of St Kitts. We also booked the food tour on our other stop in our b2b.

When we were there in 12/2013, the taxi ride for our family of 3 was $16 each way to Shipwreck. We plan on going back on our November cruise!

How much did the day pass cost you and where or which restaurants were you able to eat at?
