Pixiedoodle Posted September 21, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2005 Just looking into options for drinks onboard. I know they have the other drink card for sodas and juice, but do they have anything for the alcoholic beverages?

AFT_LOVER Posted September 21, 2005 #3 Share Posted September 21, 2005 All the booze is gone. Guess the illegal booze & drunk honeymooners, got us into trouble. So bring your own, put it in a sock, and enjoy. Since the bar booze is too watered down.

LovesCruising Posted September 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted September 21, 2005 We were on the Spendour this past April, they offered a Martini card at the Champagne Bar, I believe it was buy 6 @ 8.00 each and get 1 free. They gave a card that was punched when used. Don't know if they offer it on all ships and it was not advertised on our ship either, was offered by the bar tender. I would check with them. Andros Posted September 27, 2005 #8 Share Posted September 27, 2005 I too was interested in one of these cards. Originally I was just going to purchase liquor on board but, they no longer offer in room consumption fee. I then e-mailed them asking about the RCC and they said they no longer offered it either. Guess I will smuggle or pay the price. I'm not a big drinker but for 11 days onboard I will have to have a few.
Nliedel Posted September 27, 2005 #9 Share Posted September 27, 2005 It's gone, we will now observe a moment of silence for it's passing. I am thinking of starting a mutiny on the Mariner next month over it, if anyone wants to join me! I think we should all, on formal night noless, start banging our silverware on the table, ala an old prison movie and chanting: "We want a booze card". Who is with me? Beacause of it's demise I am now a "drink of the day" girl.
