lollylew Posted August 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 9, 2015 Ok this may be a long shot but has anyone sailed the Miracle recently and used the exercise classes? I am just curious as to what they offer and how much. I know I can use the gym/track for free but seven days of that bores me :( Would like something else to shake up my exercise routine :)

riffatsea Posted August 9, 2015 #4 Share Posted August 9, 2015 I've seen the yoga and the stretch classes offered. I don't remember seeing the others. I tried the yoga one year but I didn't like it. I go to a yoga studio here in San Diego and gym yoga is different.

Utahrd Posted August 10, 2015 #7 Share Posted August 10, 2015 Miracle to Mexico? Go on a Stand Up Paddleboarding excursion at one of the ports. That really works your shoulders and arms. Then go mountain biking at the other port. That will work your legs.
