Can I drop off my luggage with the porters at the port, then go oark my car at the Fulton St garage?

Yes. Don't go to the parking garage, go to the passengers pick up and drop off area. It will be where most of the taxis go. Drop your luggage off with the porters then go park.

You can do it. However, you will spend an extended amount of time stuck in heavy traffic twice! Once when you drop off your luggage and again when the shuttle from Fulton has to sit in the same traffic again. Why not just do it once and let Fulton drop you and your luggage off? If you are planning on doing some sightseeing, you can do it after Fulton drops you off. You can't imagine how bad the traffic is when there are two ships unloading and loading at the same time!!!
