zoez Posted September 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2005 Just get off Elation yesterday. 5-day cruise was extended to 8 days thanks to Hurricane Rita. Ship stopped at cozumel for 3 days. Nice beach, good snorkel. I just wish we had more time to explore beaches at akumal. I actually think beaches there are better than cozumel. Ship is great. Service and entertainment are satisfying. But they should really improve their food's quality. Overall, we, family of 5, all had a good time. Ok, my problem is, already see SS card charges on my credit card. But it's more than the final bill we got and we didn't spend on anything last day. I cannot find their post-cruise service munber. Seems the only way is to email them. Will the credit card place send you your money, or will they just give you a credit on your credit card? How much of an overcharge are we talking about? I have an issue, I want to dispute a charge on my account and don't know who to call.
