Coralc Posted December 7, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 7, 2015 I don't get that message...but it's not working very well either. Lots of red error messages, "unable to access reservation" and "your birthdate has changed please reprint" . Even if you can get on, it may not be worth it. ;)

sblair Posted December 7, 2015 #15 Share Posted December 7, 2015 LOL Ray! :D Apparently, I was born in XXXX according to my SetSail Pass. :D That would be in '40 then. Of course RCI got that WRONG too because the correct representation for '40 would be 'XL'.
emileg Posted December 7, 2015 #16 Share Posted December 7, 2015 I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago and it lasted about two weeks. I was using Firefox on a Mac. When I used Safari, the RCL website was back in business. After a couple of weeks, the problem cleared up on Firefox without me resetting anything. When I used Firefox on my PC in my office, there was no problem. I am sure the solutions suggested here work, but it is interesting that I have not seen the problem occur on any other website. I suspect that is because other websites have better programming.
KansasK Posted December 7, 2015 #18 Share Posted December 7, 2015 I've had this message and thought they were just working on their site. It came back later. Spooky as always!
JillLovesTravel Posted December 7, 2015 Author #19 Share Posted December 7, 2015 I was finally able to access the website by using private browsing in Safari. I had no problem whatsoever using my other two devices to access the website. I have been using the Royal Caribbean website on a regular basis for almost 15 years and never saw anything like that before so I was curious as to others who experienced the "on vacation" website. I have to say the new booking process on the website is so bad it makes their prior websites look good. I cannot understand how a company this large can have such a terrible website.
