Rare Lionesss Posted December 12, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 12, 2015 I thought I have seen pictures that some of the areas around the hump have tinted glass. Is that what you mean. I remember a wood like grainy railing. Enjoy the balcony. Safe travels.
islandpalm Posted December 12, 2015 Author #5 Share Posted December 12, 2015 Oh is it just railing. Not a wall? I wonky had a balcony on Disney. They don't have railing. That's a little scary.

Rare John&LaLa Posted December 12, 2015 #12 Share Posted December 12, 2015 Glass front....you're fine. Not 100% sure about Indy, but even when they appear clear, there is a slight tint.

That explains it when we sailed the Freedom of the Seas we were in suite 1568 and it had a funny yellowish tint. Thanks! Safe travels

I can only guess the extra tint under the tubs was for exterior aesthetics because I've never heard anyone suggest that it enhanced their balcony experience.

Rare John&LaLa Posted December 12, 2015 #16 Share Posted December 12, 2015 FWIW, aft cabins don't generally have glass, just horizontal rails
