I think that you will find that Mr Alan Buckelew is the CEO for Princess Cruises world wide, I may be wrong.

Alan Buckelew was promoted to COO of Carnival Corp in 2013.

 

Jan Swartz is now the President of Princess Cruises. Since the 2013 restructuring Princess no longer has its own CEO; Ms. Swartz reports to Stein Kruse, CEO of the Holland America Group (consisting of HAL, Princess, Seabourn, and all Alaska cruisetours) within the Carnival Corporate umbrella.

 

But as presumed above I am sure a query to jswartz@princess.com will be responded to worldwide

Though the name of the highest ranking officer with jurisdiction over Princess based at Carnival House in Southampton remains unanswered. Hopefully someone will still find the contact info from the UK version of the Carnival Corp website.
