12 Day Med Menu

Hi all! My wife and I will be on the 12 day Barcelona to Venice on the 7/3/04 sailing. We were wondering if any of you great folks could fill us in on the menus for the longer cruise.

 

Also, any other useful tidbits would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi,

 

If I remember correctly, the menu (in part at least) tends to reflect the country you have been visiting that day. There's plenty of choice and you can always opt for the healthy choice menu or those items which are always available. Put it like this... for Monte Carlo... you will most likely have the French Dinner with 'escargots' as one of the hors d'oeuvres, 'traditional french onion soup' not forgetting to mention... 'frogs legs'!!

 

The Italian Dinner with 'minestrone soup', pasta etc.

 

We also had a 'Sailaway' Dinner, a 'Chef's Dinner', the 'Captain's Welcome & Gala Dinner' menus, the 'Landfall menu' and so on.

 

You will have a ball and I'm green with envy.

I'm interested in knowing this too. I'm on the Star 9/25 sailing of the Eastern Med./Greek Isles, Rome-Venice and most want to know if Princess adds Greek dishes to the usual menu??
