Eagle beach is the low rise hotels and is generally quite, palm beach is the high rise section and usually more crowded and alot of water sports. All the beaches in Aruba are public so it;s just a matter of walking down the beach and finding a hotel or vendor that rents chairs. You can take a taxi for about $10-15 to get to Eagle beach or across the street from the pier is the bus station. $2 roundtrip and about 10 minutes you will be at Eagle beach or if you want to go to Palm Beach just stay on the bus for another 5-10 minutes.Alot of cruise ships passengers use the bus, you will be looking for bus line #10 oranjestead to the hotel section.http://www.arubabus.com

Hope this Helps!!!!
