Gracie115 Posted May 8, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 8, 2016 We never received a call before our Reflection TA last month but we DID receive an email from the shoreside concierge asking what we might need in our CS for our sailing, or anywhere on the ship. She handled everything we asked for, including help setting up a dinner for 30 in Qsine, contacting the casino manager for our slot pull from our roll call and making sure my husbands favorite drinks were available in Michael's. It was very helpful and appreciated. I don't know if they manage to contact everyone as we weren't contacted last year when we were in a CS on Eclipse, but this year they did.:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
