Recommended Posts

I see on the message board, alot of people stay in a Balcony room on the Caribe deck. Has anyone that has stayed in a Balcony room on the Riveria deck please let me know what you think of these rooms? We are cruising March 4th and we have room R710 booked. Thank You!!!

there is a site all about the caribbean princess. Hope you find what you are looking for. After taking a few weeks to read the Princess board I decided that the Caibe deck was for me. We were able to book C732. THere is still a lot I am learning.

Please tell me why YOU are interested inthe Riveria deck

We were on the Riveria Deck (midship) during 'rough' seas in the Gulf of Mexico. We really didn't feel much rolling while other's in higher cabins did. Good luck on our part. The advantage we had besides the sea conditions was the ease of getting on and off the ship at the port of calls. The downside was we had to wait for the elevator forever when we wanted to go to the Lido deck.

We had a balcony room on the Lido deck and I must say that it will be hard to ever get the DW in any other room. She truly loved to drink her morning coffee in the privacy of the balcony. I personally really didn't see an advantage. I liked being on the Lido deck (close to the Lido restraunt) but the balcony didn't really sell me.

We're going again with a balcony on the Main deck which is just two decks above the Promanade deck (and casino). I'm thinking this is the cabin for me. Four flights down to the action and a balcony to boot.
