CAS Multiple Bookings

Casino At Sea. Depending on your play while on a cruise, you can get comped cabins or discounts off cabins.

Hi, what do people usually say when calling CAS?

I just got back from a 7 day on the BA and spent the first four nights in the casino gathering about 2000 points through slots. Would it be worth calling? Currently have another cruise booked through a certificate from CET.

I just call and give them the dates I want to cruise and ask what they can do for me.

Sure it is worth it no matter how many points you put through the slots, IMHO.

I'm usually offered a balcony cabin or a mini-suite and I always upgrade (at a cost) to an aft penthouse.

CET reservations are "charged" back to the casino giving away the certificate. CAS probably won't do anything with your upcoming cruise.

Once you hit 5000 points and become "hot", you'll be some perks onboard.

At this point, CAS would probably tell you to take your next cruise and then call back to see what they can do for you.

When you call, just say "I would like to check on availability on the Norwegian XXXXX on XX/XX/XX" and they will tell you what they can do for you. Minimum would be a comped inside room.

Remember that CAS earning period starts April 1. You have up to March 31 to earn you way up to the Hot or Golden tier.

BirdTravels is incorrect with this statement When you call, just say "I would like to check on availability on the Norwegian XXXXX on XX/XX/XX" and they will tell you what they can do for you. Minimum would be a comped inside room. Minimum would be 10% off. Full comps are NOT guaranteed

You call and ask for a certain ship/certain date. 2000 points assuming you lost money will get you a discount of 10-20% up to a minisuite, 2000 points assuming you won money will probably get you zilch. DelFeo strikes again.

This must have changed in the last month or so, because I recently made my second reservation (comped a mini-suite and upgraded to aft penthouse) based off my play on my December cruise and I won over $2,000 on that cruise. Edited by NLH Arizona
